Fortrea Senior Director, Project Delivery interview questions

Screening, line manager, and then 3 other peer department specialists. The whole process took around 3 months, and last step was F2F. The hiring manager said she will come back after new year, however I had another offer in hand, and they were able to make theirs on the spot. It was lengthly, seemed to lack decision making - not sure if they were waiting for other candidates, or company was going through leadership changes, but overall, I got the job. It was a few years ago.
