3 one hour interviews with 3 different people. First person did their homework. Second person admitted they were not prepared, and was not dressed professionally. Third person spent most of the hour talking at me as opposed to asking relevant questions or assessing if I would be a good fit, they were also not presentable. During the whole process one of their employees divulged that many people are GE transplants and that they have a strong preference for people that they already know. At the end I was ghosted. This leads me to believe that they are obligated to build a candidate pool just so that they can pull their preferred person over from GE. My advice is, do not bother to apply or to interview here, this game is rigged.
