My experience may be different than most. I contacted a campus recruiter directly and had a 30 minute phone call to assess the fit. I was able to get an interview with a partner a few days later and received an offer at the end of that interview.

Question 1
Basic behavioral interview questions with the HR Recruiter. With the partner it was much more informal.
The first stage process was a live teams interview followed by an assessment centre. I felt like the process was personal and actually enjoyed both the interview and assessment centre.

Felt like interviewer was vibe checking and wanted to know if i would fit well in the team. they knew that fresh grads wouldnt have much industry knowledge so they did not question much on it. friendly and very understanding.

40 minute call with a recruiter, simple conversational questions assessing experiences, motivations and some hypothetical questions. The interviewer was friendly and relaxed. Conducted over the phone, with the next steps being an in person assessment centre.
