Really feeling out your enthusiasm and interest for accounting and for people. They want to know you are able to play nice with others. They want to know that you can build relationships and humble yourself to ask questions and learn.

Very straightforward interview, seemed like interviewer really just wanted to get to know your personality and how you work in a professional setting. Questions were primarily behavioral and interview felt comfortable and conversational.

Got two interviews very conversational not too hard questions. Sadly didn't get an offer. Just asks basic interview questions like leadership experience and conflict resolution questions. Thought I would get it but didn't even though I networked a lot but is what it is.
