I was scheduled for a phone interview with HR, and afterwards was asked to complete a short online Emotional Intelligence assessment. Within the next week I heard back to have a virtual interview scheduled with the supervisors for the position. After completing the virtual interview, I heard back the very next day that FSC would be completing my employment verifications and sent me a basic computer skills assessment to complete. Within the week, I had the official offer via phone. The whole process moved quickly, and I was in touch with Briana Michels (HR) throughout the process.
