Organized ahead of time, there were two simple, fairly brief phone interviews. The first was a very basic screen to prove that I was experienced, and that I met all the qualifications as far as my work environment. I lived alone, with a quiet cat. No interruptions, distractions, etc. This can be done while the kids are at school but it must be quiet and free of distractions during work hours. The second was a bit more in-depth, customer service type questions. A little about the mandatory three week training session to follow the next month.
