      Actually i went through a consultancy , which is Hucon Solutions Address: 2E, Surya Towers, S P Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500003 Phone:040 4546 4848. 1st round - self introdution normal stuff asked about few topics like tell me something about hyderabad and traffic in hyderabad. 2nd round - telephonic round one of the guy called from sitel he asked me about myseif experiance and all stuff. 3rd - round was in the sitel so after that 2nd round i drove to sitel which took around 40mins from begumpet then the round was simple . coms trainer gave me a paragraph told me to read loudly and i read it he told to practice a bit because i was littel nervous at that time later on he told to come in there was a system were i need to read that there was a tool it gives u result weather u have been seleted or not most of the time girls do not get seleted due to there voice for sales agents in earthlink u need to have a good voice.so how ever i was been moved to the last round. 4th round - which was HR ROUND lady named fabin took my interview she was really awsome i still have crush on her though she is married. she asked what phone are u using i said samsung sell me that phone to me ? that was very simple gave pros and cons done she checked my communications , stability everything this is a tough one its on hr,s mood and how u give ur best shot. 5th round - package , joining and formalities..

      Posting this for awareness and to see if this is typical of the company. I took the time to complete all the pre-interview assessments, etc. I have been stood up twice for a phone interview. After hearing back to schedule and interview initially, I did so. I waited the entire time for the scheduled interview and this time I did get an e-mail two minutes before the interview would have ended letting me know that the itnerviewer was experiencing internet issues. As advised, I rescheduled. Fast forward to the rescheduled interview. An hour before it, I received an e-mail regarding a test of my internet speed. Completed quickly, test passed and e-mailed right back. It is now an hour after the interview was scheduled to begin, as of yet, I have received no call, no text, or e-mail yet regarding why the interviewer was a no-show. I truly think my skills and experience would be a great match with the company but if this is how my time is valued, I will look elsewhere. Apologies for the long review but definitely wanted to make job seekers aware.
