Phone screening went great. My recruiter asked tech related questions then went into 6 interview questions. After the questions, I was offered the position and was sent an offer letter after the call. The interview process was easy and I would recommend to apply here.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with an irate customer. How did you deescalate the situation and what was the result?
Straightforward and to the point, just a few questions from interviewer, after the pre screening they went over benefits, compensation, training, and basic job duties, they were transparent and professional during the entire process.

Interview
Simple interview process over the phone and answered three questions then they tell you the same day if you got the job or not. Pay is fair based on the job description
Interview was super easy, they just asked you about former experience and as long as you’re polite and delve into your experience you’re good to go. The interviewer was extremely nice and respectful.
