Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

When I went in for the interview, I had to fill out some paperwork asking general questions. Then I had to show my diploma so that they could see that it was legal for me to work in the United States. I had a one-on-one interview that was very easy, after the interview I was told to go take a drug test. After two weeks my interviewer called and wanted to set up training for me.

initial is a phone interview... give directions from your house to the recruitment center. 2nd interview... about your experience, a little background check, how did you know about the job opening. 3rd is the Language assessment, will test your listening, memory,essay writing and how well you speak and understand the language. 4th is basic computer skills assessment . then operations interview..its a role playing type of assessment. you being the csr and the operations manager being the customer. if you pass job offer
