Originally met with someone in HR over the phone, and then had a 1:1 interview with bar manager and then later with food and beverage department head. They just asked a lot about prior experience.

Get asked questions about why you want to work there. They just keep it simple just be confident when going to the interview and you will get the job. Be presentable because they are imagining you in the workplace already
It was two interviews because I applied from California for a Hawaii position. One with the General Manager and the other with the Assistant General Manager. Both were over the phone, one of them being FaceTime.
The process is very long and usually have three interviews. All separate, and will ask you very complex questions such as, when were you in a conflict with a manager and how did you resolve it.
