Not a good place to interview. After three interviews and not getting an offer only shows that they were incompetent of analyzing someones skills or just wanted to have interviews to show on papers. They also had the courtesy to contact my reference and made them fill out a lengthy reference form, when they had no intent of offering me a position. This also wasted my references time and made me look bad in front of them. If they felt that I didnt have the skills required, they should not have extended further interviews. Please consider other peoples time and effort next time
