The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Four Seasons (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Strange interview process for interns. The interviewer talked for over half an hour but only asked me three questions. I would answer in a couple of sentences and then she would talk for ten minutes going on tangent after tangent. I just sat and tried to pay attention and look like I was interested in what she had to say, but most of it wasn't even related to the job. I left and I wasn't sure how it went because I hardly spoke so how could she get to know me? I ended up getting a call that I was selected a week later.
Had more than three interviews (on site and offsite and even online), very selective but smooth, calm and respectful. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Even though it was a very competitive job, the interview process showed how their careful selection of candidates, supports and maintains the company’s values and great reputation.
I interviewed at Four Seasons (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
It went smoothly, super professional, super organised, event though they did not reach out for the vacancy but I enjoyed the interview and I will definitely be open to work with them
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous experience especially in the hospitality field..
I went through 2 interviews with the HR manager and the hotel general manager. They were in person and had basic questions asking my about myself and not really any behavioral questions
