Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I had applied to this position and the location was Bangalore. I received a mail to attempt the Python+SQL test for initial screening (Which is stupid and non sense for a consulting role. Moreover it wasn't even related to data science. It was a generic coding test like engineers go through and the duration was 160 MINUTES!! ).
I completed the test the very next weekend and could answer all the questions. I had sent a confirmation mail to the HR. One week passed and there was no reply from their side. Another week later I received the same mail again saying I have been shortlisted and asking me to attempt the test.
After repeatedly mailing HR that I have already taken the test and asking for the next steps there is no response. Their HR and recruitment process is a joke. Atleast keep a track of which candidates you have shortlisted and check their submissions.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fractal
Interview
I received the opportunity in my inbox from the company, appeared for a tough Hackerrank test and cleared that. I still wasnt interviewed because the position required atleast 1 year of machine learning experience. Even though i had the educational qualifications i wasn’t given the chance. Why it was bad for me is because firstly this was my dream company and clearing a tough test at your dream company is altogether a different high. If they needed that kind of experience, then why give me the test and get my hopes up in the first place, and if i did clear then atleast i should have been given a chance to present myself. I felt it was mismanaged and was a disheartening experience for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fractal (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2019
Interview
Process took around 3 weeks in which there are total 4 rounds:-
Online Test (Python/SQL + Aptitude), Telephonic interview, Face to Face, HR discussion
And overall it was a smooth process with timely feedback.
