Fractal Associate Analyst interview questions

I applied through website and got a mail about interview appointment. The interview process started at 8 30am in morning, there were total 4 round of interviews, each being elimination round. The process took time but was great experience. Aptitude test was lengthy and candidates need to work on speed. Technical rounds had some sql based questions, puzzles and resume grilling(dont add anything skills in resume which you are unsure about). Last was HR round which had just some personal questions. I was done with interview by 5 in evening. Got the job and I'm reallyexcited to join fractal

It was a campus recruitment. Mainly there were 4 round for hiring. First round was on line test(apti,reasoning,verbal). try to complete apti and reasoning then go for verbal. Out of 158 only 32 cleared 1st round. Then for further we went to company premises(blore). Work culture was good i guess. Employers were very interactive. Free food. An you have PS3. 2nd round was technical HR. In this round he asked 4 puzzles. Then business HR and Management HR. Solve some puzzles and case studies which are available on the net. Basic HR questions. They will also check for your business knowledge. Be confident. Finally they selected 16 members.
