Fractal Associate Director interview questions

Very unprofessional process !! Had my 2nd round with the COO and after that they scheduled another round after 3 weeks. At the time of the interview, got a call from HR that interview stands cancelled and we are looking at you for another role. Not sure why could not they decide this 3 weeks back. Then got couple of calls from HR on scheduling the next round but they never did. While its a fundamental right of companies to accept or reject candidates, they need to learn to respect the person at the other end of the table.
