Haven't seen much company follow this. All the discussion were closed on same day . There were 3 discussion scheduled back to back. 1st discussion was understanding more on my background, why I would like to join , what's is that I look in future growth .Detailed discussion about the company,profile and what's their expectations. 2nd discussion was more around how would I prepare my day plan and manage my work . 3rd discussion was quick one with Head .
