Recently I got mail from Fractal Analytics for Aptitude test and Technical test.Aptitude part was average except data analysis part which was time consuming.The main difficult part comes in Technical coding test in Hackerrank.I was using the interface first time and was not at all familiar with the interface and found it difficult to write solutions of some simple R programming.Apart from that It is not even clear in the mail that which role they are offering.I mean if you are offering data science role then why you keep options for other roles.The whole process was full of ambiguity. Btw I am waiting for their call

Mildly challenging and nice. I would probably reduce number of rounds, i had 4 of them. The first two were technical and third one was managerial. The last round was done for cultural fit.
