The first round was via skype with the recruiter who was really nice and down to earth. She really just wanted to get to know me and determine my interest in the firm and the rotational program.
A few days after the first round, I was contacted about setting up an onsite interview in their SF office. Since I was flying in from Boston, they took care of my flights, my hotel, and even coordinated and booked my ubers both to and from the airport. The day of the interview, I met with a manager and a partner. Both individuals were super friendly and didn't ask anything out of the ordinary. They just wanted to get to know me and my interest in Frank, Rimerman + Co.
In between the interviews, two associates took me out to lunch. I got to learn more about the firm and their experiences in the rotational program. Both were super friendly and I genuinely enjoyed our conversation.
Overall, this is a fantastic company that treats their employees with respect and gives them great opportunities to experience a range of different paths in public accounting. If given the opportunity to work at the firm, I'd highly recommend taking it. If I was from the Bay Area originally, I would have definitely started my career here.
