I applied on line, took 3 months for a response, received a call and basic interview from HR. It took another, 2 months for a 2nd interview. I had a no site interview with HR, my direct report, and another person i would be working with. Asking direct questions on performance measurements resulted in deception, and no direct answer. I accepted the offer, no room for negotiation. I was stunned that no offer for buying lunch was offered - cheap?
