I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Freeport-McMoRan (Arizona, TX)
Interview
Got a phone call from a recruiter, then asked me to do an online interview (pre-recorded questions), then was asking to setup a teams call with a hiring manager. I studied throughout the week, only to be notified 30 minutes before my interview that the hiring manager changed it to two weeks later...Two weeks later, I get interviewed by two people who did not even turn their webcam on (first interview this ever happened to me). Questions were straight forward, especially because I have experience in the role. It was a remote role but they were wondering if I can move to Arizona which I said no. 5 weeks later they tell me no. Super slow process and they probably are looking to hire people more local to Arizona. Wouldn't waste the time if you live further because they will always pick someone within the state (unless they don't have any)
