      Phone Interview - Panel of HR generalist and 1 engineer. Questions based on my interest in the company, electrical engineering specialization Laid back and relaxed Interview the whole interview alternated between technical and HR questions. All most all interview questions were on projects done in grad school, knowledge of power systems software, ability to handle technical problems.

      I had applied in the month of September. I got a call for the interview in February. It was a phone interview. Only 1 interviewer asked the questions. The interviewer was nice. He mostly asked behavioral questions, questions regarding safety at work site, and why I wanted to work at a mining company. It was overall, a good experience.

      Interview

      I applied online, received an interview call from the HR. I Interviewed with Sr Engineers who asked me behavioral and my profile oriented questions such as work experience, academics and academic projects. They take Workplace safety very seriously so make sure to emphasize on workplace safety. Within a week, I received an offer for an Internship.
