Interview
It was awkward, I felt very subvalued and judged, I felt as if the interviewer didn't want to be there and would much rather be somewhere else. He was very arrogant. He asked me about my qualifications and my attendance record, I answered every question properly. Then he explained the position and basically implied I wasn't suited for it because according to him my experience wasn't suited (it was). He said they will let me know either way.
I bringed a thank you note the next day, they never called me to let me know like they said they would

Interview
Got phone call from HR 3 days after I applied on their website, went in for interview the second day, had interview with VP of purchasing and HR head. Standard interview, both of them are very nice. I had the very similar experience to this position. At the end they said there have some other interviews on Monday, will get back to me in the middle of next week.
