Started with initial screening call that led into call with hiring manager. After both successful calls, I was called into meet other members from different teams then got called back in to deliver a presentation.
Though I didn't get an offer, Front really set the bar high in terms of culture - even at the interview stage. "Normal" interviewers will, sometimes, try to aggressively poke holes and come into the interview in a way that puts the interviee on the defensive.
The lines of questions during the interview with Front were truly to get to know you as a person (culture) and how you operate (employee.)
I have carried my experience with Front onto other interviews moving forward to use as a gauge.
