I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online to Frontier Airlines on Feb 5th, did the online assessment and received an invite to do a phone interview which was scheduled for this morning (2/8th)! I prepared by researching possible questions, wrote out bullet point responses to have on hand if my mind went blank and practiced my responses! You don't want to sound rehearsed but you definitely should have bullet point responses to common questions. Like one question I was asked happened to be on my cheat sheet : What do you feel is the role of a FA? And I just wrote out a few words that I felt defined a FA's role. When I verbally responded I formed a conversation with these words. Sounds less rehearsed in my opinion. The nice thing is the interviewer kinda breaks the ice a bit by going over company policy and asks simple questions about tattoos and piercings. Also HAVE your passport! They need the expiration date. At the end the interviewer invited me to move onto a F2F interview on the 8th of March! I wish you all luck!
