      Flight Attendant Interview

      Dec 14, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Dec 2017

      Interview

I applied for Frontier Airlines on October 5th, and I received an online questionnaire immediately following that. About 10 days later, I received an invitation for a phone interview. On November 3rd, I interviewed with a flight attendant who was very friendly. On the phone that day, she invited me out to Denver to a F2F interview. The phone interview wasn’t too difficult, but just remember to smile, because it’ll show in your voice. Also, remember to have your passport on hand for both the F2F and the phone interview. I interviewed with Frontier in Denver, CO on December 8th. It seemed like half of my flight (from Orlando) was going to or coming from this interview. Needless to say, it was a pretty big group. I would guess my afternoon session had about 60-70 people. They brought us in, did a presentation about Frontier, called us in groups of 20 to do partner interviews (one interviewer, two candidates) while people in the other room were doing introductions and Q&A. After the first interview, they will let you know whether or not you were selected, and move you on for a second round of interviews with managers if you were. After the second interview, you’ll wait some more and then get called to do a jumpseat Test and tattoo check if you were selected. At this point, if successful, they will tell you on the spot that you were offered the job. At the end, you will be drug tested. You WILL go home knowing whether you did or did not get the job, something not every airline does. Some advice: Wear a suit! Every person there does. I wore a dress and was of course fine but I was absolutely shocked that every single person was there in a suit. Keep smiling through the whole process. It’s what they look for. Eat a large breakfast, because this process can take seven or more hours. Make friends and enjoy the process! There is a Facebook page for “Prospective Frontier Flight Attendants”, so search it up and join it to connect with other people in your boat. Glassdoor was also a big help for me. Good luck!!
