People who are complaining about “having to interview next to your competition” thats exactly why you didn’t get hired. You don’t have the attitude to be a FA. Both people I interviewed next to were hired as well as me, we were kind and supportive to each other. That’s what it takes to be a flight attendant. One Girl on the plane ride back with nasty attitude was loudly complaining to everyone about how Frontier discriminated against her because of her tattoo, when this was addressed many times before them even flying you out. The airline industry is notoriously conservative, maybe pick another career. This was my first ever airline interview and i had an amazing time. From the beginning the frontier flight attendants there were chatty and gave us great advice. Everyone who got hired had bubbly personalities and I can tell they will make great flight attendants. Am so excited to start training with this airline!
