A phone interview was conducted about a week after I submitted my online application. It consisted of two analysts who were working for Frontier at their Denver headquarters. Both were relatively new and had only been on the job for a month and a week respectively. Most questions were basic information regarding courses that I'd taken, my background, why I wanted to work for Frontier, and what I already knew about the airline industry. There were relatively few technical questions, and only one strategic thinking question. In total the interview lasted under 15 minutes.
