      Flight Attendant Interview

      Feb 16, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Feb 2023

      Interview

Applied online and got the video Interview. After that video Interview, you will Receive a F2F interview. In that F2F invitation, they will provide a flight on their airlines. They tell you what to wear, information on hotel etc. move forward to interview, there are 2 sessions morning or afternoon. The morning starts at 730am, the afternoon at 130 you go wait in a line to turn in your resume in which they will write your Id # which is on your name badge. They seat you at a particular table. They then introduce themselves and talk about their company and throw in some cheesy jokes. The next step is they give you a list of 10 positions in an airport, as a group (table) you are to put in importance order telling you there is no right or wrong answers. There is a recruiter sitting at your table to observe. These 10 occupations range from TSA to ticket agent. They want you to put in order of importance and explain why. They do not tell you if it’s importance of safety, branding or exactly what they’re wanting. It’s definitely a group discussion to see how you work as a team. After that the recruiters change tables. The recruiters are there to do a round Robin Q & A to each person at your table, you will be asked a total of 3 questions with 1 minute to answer each question. It’s very awkward if someone finishes their question before the minute is up, you sit counting down the minute. At my table some were asked yes or no questions and others asked discussion questions. In my opinion the questions weren’t on the same level at all. They were all over the place but mostly customer service and coworker questions. After this you take a break of about 15 Min. When you return you will Be at a different table. They took the back three tables to another room and excused them with NO explanations of why, other than they are going with other candidates. The candidates that are left in the room continue with round Robin questions being asked 4 of them to be exact. If you make it past those questions then you get your 1/1 interview. Once everyone has been interviewed you sit and wait on them to call your number, if it’s called then you are excused. It’s a very long process of waiting 5-7 hours without food, water and very few restroom breaks. Even though I didn’t get an offer, I think they could change this process a bit to make it shorter on the interviewee. There were so many people in my morning group who wore things differently than was told, that is automatic dismal in my opinion. It shows you can’t follow rules. But most continued on in the process. I hope this helps the next group.
