Open House Interview in Orlando on Aug 29th. Started at 8am. Must've been close to 200 people there. Company presentation was 1st, then broke off into groups for group interview. While some people stayed behind while others went off to other rooms for the group interview, they had 1 on 1 interview while in the main conference. Had to read a apart of the safety demo out loud and answer a couple questions.
In the group interview we had to stand in front of everyone and answer a question from the interviewers (2 current FAs). Speak loudly and clearly during this as well. After the group interviews were done, we broke for lunch. This is where things got a little different than other experiences on here. They called out a list of names and asked them come into a room(my name wasn't called). Recruiters told them they made it to the F2F interview but would be called within a week to schedule at a later time. Then recruiters came back out and posted a list of names and come into to the conference. My name was listed! Yay! Made it to the final round for the 2 on 1 interview. We were called one by one for the interview. Asked a series of questions, then they ask to step outside the room while they discuss if you get the job or not. They took me down the hall to another room(I had no clue what was going on lol)! And was offered the job!
I was overwhelmed with joy!! I will say that the whole process that day was LONG but well worth it. Frontier Recuiters and current FAs made us feel like family and comfortable. They know you're nervous and try to make you feel comfortable to get rid of nerves. Dress professionally, mingle with people (it helps calm the nerves), SMILE & BE YOURSELF!! I met some really great people there! Can't wait to start training
