I've gone through and made it past the first 3 stages. First there was the application which I submitted on their website. I found out about it from a job board that specifically focuses on flight attendant jobs. Once I submitted my resume I immediately received an invitation to do the assessment questionnaire. One thing I will say about this portion is yiu really need to pay attention to the questions main point. They will ask the same question over and over again just worded differently and this can trip you up if your answers don't line up. Also try not to be too much in the middle. Be strong in a yes that me or no it's not. After the assessment I was approved and invited to do a video interview. This is a pre-recorded video that you will select a date and time for. Mone consisted of a short questionnaire followed by 3 pre-recorded questions that I then had to answer in my own recorded video responses. Thankfully I passed that step and I now have my in-person interview scheduled for next week at their headquarters in Denver, CO. Prayerfully that will go well and I can move onto the next step, the 3-4 week training.
