Training was so bad they treated it like it was the military bootcamp so many people left traumatized for unfair reasons During my time at this school, I encountered several challenges that significantly impacted the learning environment and overall experience. There were ongoing issues with roommate conflicts that were not addressed effectively, creating unnecessary stress for students. In addition, some instructors frequently raised their voices and behaved unprofessionally, which made the classroom atmosphere uncomfortable. The head of the school often displayed judgmental behavior and did not intervene to resolve issues when needed. This lack of leadership contributed to a feeling that students were not supported. Many teachers simply read directly from slides without providing meaningful instruction or engagement, resulting in a low-quality educational experience. Furthermore, the disciplinary approach was extremely strict to the point of being unreasonable. Even very minor misunderstandings—sometimes not mistakes at all—were treated as grounds for severe consequences, including dismissal. Overall, the environment lacked professionalism, support, and effective teaching. I hope future improvements prioritize student well-being, proper communication, and a more constructive approach to education and discipline.
