Hiring was basically on the spot, by the Course Director, within mins I had that job based on my reputation and quality of my work. The interview was more of a conversation among peers. But you need to understand that I did not start working for them or collecting a paycheck for 3 months. The executives had to approve my being hired and the never do anything quickly. Ever.
