Interview
The principals ask all possible questions regarding teaching, management, school, strategies, philosophy... etc. Many questions were asked and responses were being written down. They are friendly and inspiring as they share their own philosophy as an administrator.
First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Interview
Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.
I interviewed at Fulton County Schools (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA)
Interview
In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
