Interview
Began with Skype interview with VP of Digital Design, then an in-person interview with different four other team members. In the in-person interview, team members interviewed you individually, asking different questions they had about my experience. At the end HR sits with you to ask the logistical questions (salary expectations, etc.) and answers any last questions. HR follows up quickly after the interview.

Interview
I had to meet so many people over a two day period. At first I was really on board as at the time it was a fairly small shop (15 people). The first 3 people were great and seemed really exited to have someone Sr on board who could help them improve the work. The last few people, who were more Senior themselves, were less than thrilled. They were harsh, overly critical, and downright rude. It was clear they didn't want to share what they had with anyone else.
