Interview
The interview is relatively informal, and took about 20 minutes. The first few questions were to gauge academic background and interests, then a brief review of stated experience from the resume was discussed.
There were a lot of questions regarding navigating company culture, conflict, and diverse identities in the workplace. Many of the questions did feel redundant, repeating general themes in new phrasing like "How do you typically approach coworker conflicts in the workplace?" being shortly followed by "Describe a time that you had to resolve a conflict in the workplace." It wasn't difficult, but it did make me feel like I was struggling to say new things after a few repeats like that.
