They conducted in-person interviews through my school. I met with an HR rep at the career fair and decided to apply for an interview. The interview consisted of lots of basic sales rep questions, including basic interview questions such as "explain a situation that was challenging to you and how you faced it" or "what are your strengths/weaknesses"
