Interview
I was called by the HR team for a preliminary interview. I was then followed up with another phone interview with the two lead members of the team my position was hiring for. Then I was flown out for a day full of 8 in-person interviews with different sections of the creative department. They made an offer at the end of the day and gave me a week to decide.
