      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GALLO in Sep 2019

      Interview

The process was very long. Took 2+ months in order to complete the entire process. I would recommend to this company to do away with the Regional Recruiting Conferences. I went to the RRC and was treated so well. I was commended to an extreme extent on how I was such an amazing candidate and was "born to sell". I absolutely fell in love with this company and every other person that was also a candidate with me. To my surprise when offers came out they "unfortunately could not offer me a position because there were candidates better than me." This is devastating. This company should not throw so much into you if they are unsure of you as a candidate because it makes the rejection so much worse when you have no idea how or where you went wrong. They also encourage you to make relationships with the other candidates and then some of your friends get offers and others don't when you have made a new community with these people all thinking that you will be working for the same company. If you have a very fake personality and know how to be picture perfect apply for this job. If not, I would definitely look elsewhere because they will make you feel like the most amazing person and then crush your dreams.

      I interviewed at GALLO

      Interview

There were two interviews total, both in person. The first was more general behavioral questions with a mix of situational questions. The second was similar, but with someone higher up in the company.
