GALLO Management Development Program interview questions

Spoke with recruiter at a fall career fair (September) and set up an interview for the next week. Interview was very conversational no super tough questions, the recruiter was very reassuring throughout. Was told I would hear back within two weeks. Received a letter in the mail (yeah, who uses the mail...?) saying they wanted to continue the interview process and would contact me. Didn't hear back until January of 2016 when a different employee reached out and told me I would have to reapply and submit my application to continue the interview process. The interview was finally scheduled for March with my initial recruiters superior. The second interview was very short, I assumed it would be more in depth and behavioral/experience based but it was not at all. I got the impression my interviewer wasn't listening/didn't care to be there. Leaving the interview I felt that she had made a decision prior to seeing me and was simply interviewing me because of obligation.
