The interview was conducted via video call and was brief but clear, mainly focused on my background, communication skills, and interest in the HR field. The interviewer explained the internship role and expectations clearly. There were no technical questions, and the process felt welcoming and professional.

I was asked basic Interview Questions about Self & HR, the interview was conducted by an Intern and her senior manager. Why do you want to be an HR? Etc The interview was conducted on Teams.

The process seemed quite subtle, started from the application and had a questionnaire I had to fill before the interview. The interviewer asked me about myself and my background including my knowledge on the subject matter.
