zoom call and they go through an interview template where they ask you questions related to HR, before that you had to fill out a survey where they will be looking at during your interview and then you wait to see if you get the acceptance letter

Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
