Interview
At first there was a online test which consisted of questions about how you would act in certain situations. Following this was a online interview which was one-way in which i was recorded answering questions. The questions were fairly standard interview questions. After this was a face to face interview with two people asking me questions. They mostly asked about the couple of projects i had put down on my CV that i did at university.

Interview
I was invited to a phone interview, was asked why GE, why this position, why should we hire you etc, then I was invited about 2-3 weeks later to a face to face interview. The interviewers were very friendly and again I was asked what I know about the company, the specific GE site etc, and then there was a technical section about engines etc.
