I applied and interviewed for a different but similar rotational position which then ended up merging with MEDP. After the merge was confirmed, I moved on to interview with MEDP. I had a total of 3 interviews including 1:1 with the assignment leader, then their team, and then the MEDP program director.
I was scheduled for a 45 minute interview over video call. The interview was a few days later and only lasted 30 minutes. Asked a combination of cultural and technical questions then had some time for questions at the end. Very conversational and easy going interview with some casual discussion between questions. Interviewer was trying to get a sense if you are a culture match with the company and that you have a demonstrated interest in the manufacturing space. I was extended an offer the same week.
