Primero se realiza una entrevista virtual grabada, la revisan y de ser un candidato con el perfil necesario se programa la siguiente entrevista con gerentes y líderes técnicos, el siguiente paso es una entrevista con recursos humanos. De pasar todos esos filtros, siguen otros procesos de revisión de antecedentes.

Preguntas técnicas variadas de acuerdo al puesto al que se aplica. Por ejemplo fundamentos de GD&T, procesos de manufactura y resistencia de materiales. Además otras preguntas para evaluar las habilidades blandas del candidato, por ejemplo cómo se actuaría en algún caso hipotético que establecen los entrevistadores.

Overall process took 2 weeks then HR ghosted me for 2weeks! then I got mail that position has been cancelled.

30 minute technical screen via phone, followed by a 4 hour interview via video with several different areas. The technical portion of the interview was a very in depth and unnerving.

Initial phone screening, then virtual inteview with hiring manager. The final stage was virtual interview with the pannels, which included interviews with tech team, senior mangers, and HR. Each interview took 45 minutes and there was 15 mintue breaks.
