I applied online. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Charleston, SC) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied in late February and again in mid July. I was called the last week of July. The resume they had at my interview was the old one from February so it literally took them months to get back to me. However, I've since found out that my manager just lets candidates pool up til he needs one. From my understanding, this isn't out that uncommon.
I received a phone call from the manager to set up an interview; they allowed me to decide if I wanted to do it over the phone or in person (I lived in out of state but was moving to the area). I opted to interview in person and had a one hour interview on-site with the district manager and potential mentor for the BMET Apprentice program.
Interview ended up lasting two and half hours because the district manager was pulled away by a phone call. What started out as a typical interview turned into them taking me out to lunch and us having a casual conversation about the area.

Question 1
Name a time you overcame a challenge in the work place and the steps you took while addressing that problem.
Got a call to schedule interview, friendly interviewers, asked about experience regarding the job description and knowledge about the company. I had 3 interviewers and 1 previous intern in my call.
It was very chill and the questions are all behavioural and situational, the interviewer was very welcoming and friendly, they get back to me pretty fast within 2-3 days scheduling another interview
I talked to a GE Healthcare representative at a school's career fair. Got an interview scheduled 2-3 days later. I was interviewed by two people, Senior Engineer and another intern who did it previously.
