I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Feb 2018
Interview
FaceTime interviewed with two people. First was with a recruiter that I had met at my college Career Fair. Next was the person who I believe was ultimately going to make the decision of whether to hire me or not

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Oct 2019
Interview
It was an interesting interview -- the moment I walked in, my interviewer told me that he wanted the interview to be a 50/50 conversation where he would ask me questions 50% of the time and I ask him the other 50%. He asked me standard interview questions like "name a time you took a risk and it failed" and "tell me about yourself". However, he asked probably only 4 questions and delegated the rest of the time (25 minutes) for me to ask him questions.
Started out with an interview at an on campus career fair followed by an invite to a seminar of likely candidates. From there, the recruiters further narrowed the list of candidates down to about 6 for extended interviews about 30 min-45 min long. From there, they determined who would get a final interview in Milwaukee. Final interview was spread over 2 days including a dinner with other candidates and then 5 interviews with sales managers in the company, each lasting roughly 30 min.
