very detailed, organized. Apt questions. They could deep into a scenario that you mention and ask very detailed situation based questions. Be prepared to answer your weakness with scenarios that you encountered and how you improved yourself over time
I was in their feeder rotational program, so the interview was relaxed. They asked me some questions about my experience and capabilities, as well as confidence in certain situations. I asked them about growth opportunities and responsibilities.
