It is concerned with what is done during the bachelor's degree, where interest in the firm and research are measured. Technical expectations are quite low, mostly your enthusiasm and harmony with the team are taken into account.

How did you fix the biggest mistake you made in your academic life?
The interview process went very smoothly. The HR team are very friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable during the interview. I went through two interviews. The first one focused on the technical part and the second was with the GM of the company.

I went through 4 separate interviews and finally got an offer at the 5th one. I basically was interviewed by the main people I was going to work with. It was all conducted online.
