I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Racine, WI) in Feb 2015
Interview
Phone interview with HR manager/recruiter for filtering out candidates. Very basic questions during the phone interview - prior experience, education, certifications, etc. If pass phone interview, the resume is forwarded to hiring manager with HR interview notes. The hiring manager calls to set up a face-to-face interview with them or with them and a panel. The interview is much more in depth in the area being applied for. Interview lasted about two to two and a half hours. Many subject matter and technical-related questions are asked. No off the wall questions meant to throw you a curve ball were asked. The results of interview sent via email within two weeks.
Multiple rounds of interview took place. Also it was very well organized. The recruiter explained the process well. HR Leadership treated me very well. Overall i would recommend the company to everyone who is interested in working with a company with good culture.
