GE Human Resources Position interview questions

I will start off by saying at the beginning of the interview process the recruiters were very responsive. I had round 1 of interviews and was immediately contacted for round 2. After the 2nd round of interviews it had been about 3 weeks and hadn’t heard anything. I followed up with the recruiter but never heard back from them. I had already decided this wasn’t the position for me but I was surprised that after 2 rounds of interviews I didn’t hear anything back from anyone at GE. It wasn’t until 4 months later that I got the auto generated “thanks but no thanks” email. Seemed a bit unprofessional to never get a response to my follow and then 4 months later (perhaps someone dropped the ball on closing out my interview process)
